We think the key to good customer service is to work closely with our clients at every stage of a project so that the final result is just what you want.

Our first step is always to meet with you on-site and discuss in detail what you want to achieve, offering suggestions and, if it helps, looking through various brochures to make sure that you and the Arbworx consultant are both clear about what the end result should look like.

We then go away and plan the job thoroughly, sourcing the best quality materials for the best prices and produce a full estimate for the work which we forward to you within 5 working days (although it’s usually quicker than that), along with an Acceptance Form for you to sign should you wish to go ahead with the work.

Both the consultation and the estimate are provided completely free of charge* and there is no obligation at this stage to have the works carried out.

When you decide you would like us to go ahead, and send us the signed Acceptance Form, we get in touch straight away to arrange a convenient date for the work to start.

Once on site we work quickly and efficiently to get the job done on time and within budget and we always clear up after ourselves. Any debris (like old fence panels, tree branches, paving stones and so on) is disposed of properly at authorised tipping sites and green waste is recycled wherever possible.
