Jon lives, eats, sleeps and breathes Arbworx and his wife, Sophia, long ago became used to being ‘the other woman’ in his life and often surprises herself with just how much she knows about tree surgery, landscaping, various types of timber and where to source the best deals on a whole range of materials.

In between her own full-time role as baby Poppy Rose’s mum, she somehow finds the time to support the company in an administrative capacity, helping with the Marketing, HR, Finance and various other essential back office tasks.
